FISHING: License required age 16+ ($23 resident, $47 non-resident). Trout license for stocked waters. Saltwater license separate. HUNTING: License required ($23 resident, $111 non-resident). Sunday hunting allowed on private land and some public land. Deer: varies by county - some have 6+ limit. ELK restored in southwest VA - permits by draw only. Bear season western counties.
