FISHING: License required age 16+ ($39.95 resident, $115.85 non-resident). Salmon/steelhead catch record card required. HUNTING: License required ($55.13 resident, $252.47 non-resident). Deer: general season and "Quality" hunts by draw. Elk permits primarily by draw. Moose, sheep, goat highly competitive draws. Bear and cougar permits available. Hunter education required. RCW 77.32.
