USVI requires a VIPD-issued license for each firearm (23 V.I.C. ch. 5, license per firearm, 3-year term) and bringing an unlicensed gun into the territory is a felony; since the Supreme Court's Bruen decision (2022) carry licenses can no longer be denied to qualified applicants, but the process remains slow and demanding — do not travel to the USVI with a firearm without a VIPD license.
