Missouri: carrying a concealed firearm past a private property owner's posted sign (minimum 11x14 inches with letters at least one inch, § 571.107.1(15)) is expressly 'not a criminal act' — the remedy is denial of entry or removal, with escalating citations for refusal to leave: up to $100 first offense, up to $200 plus one-year permit suspension for a second within six months, up to $500 plus permit revocation for a third within a year (§ 571.107.2).
