Oklahoma updated laws in 2018 - grocery stores can now sell full-strength beer/wine (was 3.2% only). Liquor stores can sell cold beer statewide, and may operate on Sundays in counties that have approved Sunday sales by local-option election (OK Stat. §37A-6-103.A3). STATE PARKS: Rules vary - some allow alcohol, some prohibit. Check individual park. OPEN CONTAINER: Prohibited for all vehicle occupants. DUI: 0.08% BAC. 37 O.S. §101.
