North Dakota allows liquor in off-sale locations (bars can sell to-go). STATE PARKS: Alcohol allowed - no glass containers. OPEN CONTAINER: Prohibited for all vehicle occupants. DUI: 0.08% BAC. Bars can stay open until 2AM statewide. Some tribal lands are dry. NDCC §5-01.
