Minnesota allows alcohol in state parks except group camps. Liquor stores may also sell mixers, ice, and soft drinks in addition to alcohol; grocery/convenience stores are limited to low-alcohol (3.2%) beer.

Minnesota has unique rules: liquor stores may also sell mixers, ice, soft drinks, and tobacco in addition to alcohol (Minn. Stat. §340A.412 subd. 14). Strong beer only in liquor stores (3.2 grocery beer ended 2017). STATE PARKS: Alcohol allowed except group camps, picnic areas by permit, and designated areas. OPEN CONTAINER: Prohibited for all vehicle occupants. DUI: 0.08% BAC. Minn. Stat. §340A.
