Arkansas prohibits drone voyeurism under Ark. Code Ann. §5-16-101. Cannot use drones to photograph people with expectation of privacy. State parks allow drones with restrictions. Hot Springs National Park prohibits drones. No specific state permit required. Buffalo National River, as an NPS unit, prohibits launching, landing, or operating drones anywhere in the park under NPS-wide UAS policy — not only in wilderness areas.
