Georgia prohibits drone surveillance of people without consent. Standard FAA rules apply.
Georgia prohibits using drones for surveillance of private property without consent (O.C.G.A. §16-11-62). Cannot photograph people with reasonable expectation of privacy. State parks generally allow drones. Atlanta has Hartsfield-Jackson TFRs. No flying over stadiums during events. Cumberland Island NS prohibits drones.
