Maricopa County Environmental Services requires mobile food vendor permit. Phoenix requires city license, no parking within 300ft of restaurants in same food category. Tucson has food truck pilot zones. Pima County health permit. Commissary agreements mandatory. Fire safety inspection for propane. Health inspection every 6 months.
