Health district permit required. Las Vegas and Reno have specific rules.

Southern Nevada Health District permits mobile food vendors in Las Vegas area. Clark County has specific zones and time limits. Las Vegas Strip restrictions. Reno/Washoe County Health District permits. Must have commissary. Quarterly inspections in Clark County. Cannot park within 300ft of restaurants in some areas. Strong casino/restaurant opposition historically.
