Georgia CCW Reciprocity
Georgia is a permitless-carry state (minimum age 21). With a Georgia permit you can carry in 30 states: 3 honor the permit and 27 require no permit at all. Georgia's 'lawful weapons carrier' definition covers any person licensed to carry in another state and any resident of another state who would be eligible for a Georgia license but for the residency requirement (O.C.G.A. 16-11-125.1). Georgia weapons carry licenses are issued by the probate court of the applicant's county of domicile, for five years, on a $30 fee.
